From Sumatra to Bordeaux
Indonesia is an archipelago of over 17,000 islands, each with its own culinary traditions. Our menu is a journey through these regions: the spiced rendang of Sumatra, Balinese nasi campur, Javanese grilled satays, crispy dumplings from Jakarta.
